I encountered many possibilities when I was looking for a two-sided knife sharpening stone. It was good having such a wide range of choices, and at a range of price points. I would have appreciated more detailed information on each of the options to help me make my choice, including expert advice and rating from consumers who have bought and used the products. I was surprised at how long it took for the product to arrive. I am happy with my purchase; it works well.

Started off alright, but when I had issues - no problems returning the item. But no one ever calls me back or takes forever to reply to email. I was very frustrated that I had to call my visa bank to help me resolve the issue of my refund. I understand that the delay in deliveries but it took way too long. I was more unhappy of the lack of communication and the no call back. No one answers their phones and I’ve left several voice messages followed back with emails.
