My bread came pretty quickly and was stored safely until I went to pick it up. It was my first time shopping here, and I worried if the store might be staffed by those grown apathetic from working low wage retail, like many other places in the mall. I was afraid it might get recklessly stashed somewhere and bent before it got into my hands. But the store staff were very mindful and professional, both in the way they looked and the way they interacted with me: polite but not so uptight that they were still personable. One improvement that would be appreciated would be the notification that my item has arrived. I was at work, and unable to pick up the call (and my cell provider does not prompt for voice mail until a good 5 rings in). Having failed to contact the customer by phone successfully, it would be nice to have had a follow-up email to know how long I had to pick the item up.
