it was good, knife is good, shipping is good.
We got the box, removed the knife, wrapped the box, put it in a bag, wrapped it again, bagged it again, wrapped it again, bagged it again, wrapped it, boxed it, wrapped it, boxed it and finally wrapped it again.
We then handed it to our boss as a gift, and handed him the knife to aid in opening it. The whole time he was saying how light and awesome the knife was, how it was so sharp. He got to the end and opened up the empty box, was confused, and then we told him the knife was the gift and he was happy about it.

The quality of the Shun. bread knife excellent as was the service. Unfortunately I was disappointed to learn I could not return one of the three knives I purchased this fall because the time for return had lapsed. I bought two of the knives a Xmas presents. My daughter received a bread knife for her birthday and will no longer need the knife I purchase for her. I purchased her knife on Oct. 2, 2020, more than 30 days before her birthday on Nov. 18
