I ordered a knife which included a free gift of a red whisk. The order arrived on time but the free gift was missing even though it was listed on the packing slip. I emailed to House of Knives and they asked me to pick up the whisk at a physical store location in a Calgary which I did. It worked out in the end but was a bit if a hassle. If the whisk had been included in the original shipment I would have given 5 stars.
