Shopping online was a very positive experience.
However, your Kussi Chef torch is a big disappointment. It’s advertised as "being perfect for a variety of purposes eg browning meats.” One of the reasons why I purchased this product is to brown meats after being cooked in my Instant Pot. On 2 occasions I tried to brown an apple glazed SMALL pork roast with no success. Once the House of Knives store opens at the Pine Centre Mall in Prince George , could I please return it?

I am very happy with my purchase, exactly what I was looking for. My one and only complaint. Has to do with the website updating inventory. I didn't like that my order was processed,oney was taken and then I was told it was out of stock. I still would have made my purchase, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
