Kershaw Shuffle DIY: Great little tool for EDC. Arrived with a nice sharp edge, although secondary bevels were not perfectly even. Pivot runs very smoothly after a short break-in period. The screw driver bits add to the versatility of the knife. For the price, there is not much more that I could ask from a small pocket knife for daily around the house tasks.

So during Covid times, we started making our own crusty bread. My existing bread knife wasn't cutting it, so I went on the hunt for a decent bread knife. My research led me to the Shun Classic bread knife. Hunting around all the typical sites on the web, I found the best price and free shipping at House of Knives.
The knife arrived within a few days and cut through our crusty loaf like a hot knife through butter! Every other knife in my block pales in comparison.
Nice to see that you don't need to go to Amazon to get a good deal.

The actual online process was flawless. Even though it has been almost 2 weeks, I still haven't received the product....but no fault of House of Knives. It is stuck in Canada Post (according to tracking) a mere 50 miles from my location....and has been for 3 days. I'm sure that due to the current crisis, Canada Post is a bit overwhelmed. Not a problem, I understand.
