Unfortunately my experience is not over yet. I ordered a knife online and it came very quickly but it was not the knife I ordered. So I contacted web store support and they were very apologetic for the mix up, so they sent me a shipping label and I returned the knife with the promise that they would send me the proper knife. I know by the tracking number that they received the knife 5 days ago but have not heard anything back from them about the correct knife being sent to me and they also are not answering my emails anymore.

Order number one, was really good.. order number 2. Not good..my emails fall on deaf ears and I can’t talk to anyone. Apparently it’s on hold at the warehouse and was paid for on April 14, 2020, with no explanation to date as to why. The knives we have received in order one are really nice. Order 2 are gifts and I’d like to get them ASAP.
