I have to give one star because I haven't actually received the product I ordered on May 2nd or 3rd. Today is May 28th. This probably has nothing to do with you. I have made inquiries today with Canada Post.
I ordered a Japanese knife from House of Knives and sent you an e-mail after asking about which of your sharpeners would be best for the knife. One that isn't expensive and one that is easy to use, preferably. I haven't received an answer yet.

My order was initially delayed so that the free gift(which wasn’t available)could be shipped. I asked that my order be shipped without the free gift and get the gift later when it was available. I never received my gift and never heard back about it.
Why would you 1. Offer a gift you don’t have readily available? 2. Why would you delay shipping an order because you’re waiting for that gift that I didn’t order.
I shouldn’t have delayed delivery for an item you decided to give me but you didn’t have. It just didn’t make a lick of sense.

really good selection and prices. Got a chance to replace my Spider camping knife that I lost in my travel at the border of Peru and Bolivia. The box was damaged/worn, but I think that might be the be the case for Spider - good thing it wasn't a gift. Delivery could have been faster, or at least better updates on the website re status, but it is peculiar times during COVID. My only recommendation would be to test the website on iPhone XR - not able to go to my cart after viewing it as the the relevant button is out of click reach / out of page - Could move to top of teh side ribbon or resize/redesign page.
