I was shopping for Shun santoku knives and found the best prices here. 1 of the knives was out of stock, but they notified me in a couple of days when they had the knife. This is now my go-to store for knives.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, said it shipped right away for in store pickup, store can't find it and customer support can't tell me where it is or when it will arrive. It is less than 1 week before Christmas and I am not happy.

The knife was great and at a reasonable price. I didn't realize that once I ordered a coupon code it would have an expiry.

VERY GOOD QUALITY, works way better and is healthier than the paper/cardboard like ones at wall mart. Also, I did have one go dull from filing my fake nails but they have a warranty on these because they guarantee their quality.

It's a gift, I have no review. 3 stars as it could be bad or good, I don't know.
