Ordered a Wusthof Chef's Knife online from Maryland, US for delivery to a friend in Toronto, CA as a birthday present. Ordering and shipping experiences were excellent. I was particularly impressed that they fulfilled my request to include a birthday card! My only quibble was that when paying via PayPal, the website still asks for info that PayPal already has on file, which thus defeats the purpose of the security of using PayPal - surely an oversight on the website developers. Otherwise, HoK rocks.
