Knives with blades of carbon steel cha be sharpened. When knives are nice and shiny, they convey a false message. Sharpening shiny knives is a frustrating experience. You do everything correctly, but the blade doesn't take an edge. A correct carbon steel will shave your arm hair without shaving lotion. Dry shaving is impossible with 95% of today's knives.

Though the experience of buying it was good,,, the delivery experience was 0 stars.
Canada post and tracking said it was delivered on Feb 11th but I never received it..
And they have 0 idea on where it went. This is really upsetting. I bought this knife because I had this exact knife willed to me when my father in law passed,, and I lost it.. I bought him this knife over ten years ago and was so happy you still were selling it.. even though not the original, I was excited to get it.
