Easy to purchase items but your website could be clearer for shipping. On your website it clearly states free shipping over $99 and anything under that was $9.99. I was having trouble checking out it kept showing $14.99 even though my order was $135 so I emailed customer service. I was told shipping was changed in the summer now anything under $149 was $14.99. I replied with a screenshot from the website stating free shipping over $99 and never did get a reply.

I bought and paid for an item online for in-store pickup, but it wasn’t actually in stock and they had to order it in. Their online update system, which you need to make an account for, tells you nothing. Their third party tracking also tells you nothing and just shows “unknown.” So now I have no idea when or if the item will actually arrive. The store staff aren’t at fault, but the online system is really sloppy.
