The sharpener is awesome, got my knives super sharp, great tool. I wanted to order an elite upgrade kit and searched for over an hour on your website to find it, great products but the website could use an upgrade to make it easier to find acessories.
I would have given 5 stars but website navigation made me deduct 1 star.

I would have given a 5 star rating but I wasn’t advised when my order had shipped or given a tracking number. The order arrived the next day which was amazing but not knowing it arrived allowed my wife to see my purchase. Not a big deal in this instance but if the purchase was for a gift for her then it would be a problem.
