The process of buying was fairly seamless with only two little points that I found annoying: 1. I don't know why PayPal had to get involved. On other online shopping sites I can just enter my MasterCard data. 2. I have received a flurry of emails since the purchase. One would suffice. Once I get my order, I could better comment on my level of satisfaction.

My local store did not have the SOG POWERACCESS ASSIST Multitool in stock but the clerk said I can order online. The online ordering was seamless. I ordered on Sunday afternoon and I received it in the mail on Wednesday. The Multitool happened to be on sale and shipping was free. Sweet.

Wish someone would return my email though as one of my knives lost the clip and screws and I would like to replace the clip and screws and start using it again.
Have about 10 of there knives and each one has its own use and all used daily with zero problems except for the one clip
