I haven’t ordered from you guys in awhile. I’m not the person that gets a new knife every month so I’m not familiar with all the dealers but I’ve ordered from House of Knives before and the process was outstanding. I just got my new knife on Wednesday and the process was as good as ever. I got my first Spyderco and it’s awesome

I have bought lots of things from House of knives and never had a problem until this most recent order. Sept 11 2025 order #279904.
I was asked to pay $15.00 for shipping and my order tracking tells me it will be more than a week to arrive. When I had Free shipping my orders took no more than 4 days tops to get to Ontario. That makes no sense.
If I am being asked to pay for shipping, should the order not arrive within the same time frame?

My experience in the store was excellent. Alyssa was really professional and easy to talk to. She helped my partner and I choose a knife that worked well for her, and was clearly knowledgeable about different blade types and brands.
While we were there, someone who I would have considered a difficult customer was in the store as well, and Alyssa handled them with tact and professionalism without showing a hint of annoyance.
I had only planned on buying some belts for my sharpener, but thanks to Alyssa's help, we ended up getting a great knife that my partner is really happy with. She wasn't pushy about the sale at all, and really made our experience excellent.
This was not my first visit to this store, and I've consistently had a good experience here. I'll definitely be back!

Many options on the website. Delivery has been a major struggle as they utilize FedEx. Waiting for a week on delivery now after a couple of delays. Hopefully they can resolve this on week two.
