Placed an order with an express shipping, 4 days after the product still hasn't shipped even though status showing label has been created with fedex. Shouldn't have paid extra for express if shipping would take as long as a regular shipping or maybe longer...

I get an email like this to review my shopping experience and product and you guys haven't even shipped me the product. It is not showing as shipped on FedEx as of 5pm may 22. And I paid extra for expedited shipping.....
