I'll let you know when my knife gets here. Tracking shows it's still several days away. BC to Ontario shouldn't take 10 days. you have to find a better option.

The salesclerk was very friendly, she ordered the wrong knife and got it sent to the wrong store. So not a very good experience. Especially when you have to travel to pick it up.
Also we wanted the slimline Shun knife block, but was told it was not available. When we got home we ordered it from your House of Knives website no problem. We’ll see what happens!I I used to enjoy shopping in your store, but I think it needs some sales clerk training

I purchased a knife from Mayfair location. I discussed my purchase with the sales person extensively. Examined it thoroughly, but was given a knife in a box from the back. I purchased it with a credit card price was correct, scanned my card and went home. When I examined the knife in the box it was damaged. When I returned to the store they said to bad no returns allowed on this item. There was never any mention of there return policy all the time I was there. They pointed it out on the receipt in small print at the end of the foot long receipt. This is a bad company.
