Used the online order system. Came up default PST for BC. Then PST switched to SK. (I live in SK. but the item was to be delivered to someone in AB. with no PST) Had to empty the cart and start over and I finally got it right with no PST.

I ordered a CKRT M 1613LE online to replace one that I damaged and had it shipped to the Market Mall store due to a pending postal strike. When I went in to pick up my purchase, I saw a deal on a Fiskers folding saw with a new knife purchase. The store would not allow me to buy it at the discounted price. I have purchased many, many knives form HOK over the years. This was the first (and maybe last) time I was treated poorly in your store.

I ordered a knife to be picked up at the North Vancouver Park Royal location and I got a call that it was ready to be picked up from the Abbotsford location. When I pointed out the discrepancy, they told me that it would take 1-2 weeks to ship it to Park Royal. They also wouldn't let me cancel my order over the phone. Ended up going in person to buy it because I needed it far sooner than that. Disappointing and frustrating.
