This is my third order from HoK’s over the last few years. They always have the steel I can’t find in stock anywhere else. Was happily surprised to see free delivery when I decided to order a second blade. Prices are in-line with other Canadian stores (that are out of stock), with that being said they like to show it as a sale price when it’s the actual current market price ;-). Overall 100% will continue to deal with them. I think a few years ago then even sent me a reusable bag that I still use weekly because I like to watch the soccer moms disapprove of their branding on it ;-)

Very helpful staff. I went in to purchase something I saw in another store in Victoria. They didn't have it in stock. But the Saleperson told me I could order it online and have it delivered to their store free of charge and it would likely arrive within a week. She also wrote down the order number so I could look it up easily on the website. So very pleased given this time of year (Christmas time) everyone is so busy.

my only criticism is that they should have a photo of the knife in hand - i was surprised by the size of some in spite of paying attention to the dimensions in the description. otherwise easy to order and quick delivery - ordered friday afternoon received monday afternoon
