I cannot leave any feedback for online products purchased when they have not even arrives at the store yet! You expect me to give a review before you even ship the items? Why do you even write the items have shipped on the tracking info when they have not? Why is there no tracking number? I was told that orders are shipped daily.

Hey Adrian, I am sorry about that! The system that sends out the review requests is on an auto timer, with the strike delaying things more then usual we did delay this system but I dont think quite enough. I hope you enjoyed your order. Thank you

I ordered a wallet for my son which was only available online. Your system allowed me to purchase the item. However a few days later I received an email saying my order was cancelled. Disappointing that the website did not sat it was sold out right from the beginning. I am still waiting for a refund.
