I have no problem with the ordering process and speedy delivery, however, the sharpener I ordered leaves a lot to be desired. It is not doing what I thought it would do, we tried sharpening our ceramic knives, but it did not do much in the way of sharpening. There has to be better sharpeners to do the job!!

I ordered this item a week ago. I think they have it in stock in the stores. But the only status I have is that it was "shipped". The Tracking link shows no information about this order.
I guess next time I should just order from Amazon.

Im sorry the ordering to store process is a little different then direct to your address. As your order would be part of a larger shipment going to the store you chose we cant give you live tracking. Glad to hear you did get your order already though.

returns from online purchase should be more seamless. Should be able to return in-store without the need of going thru emailing service@houseofknives.ca, then waiting for an email, then going back to the store to get it shipped back to warehouse, then waiting for the refund. I would have made a new purchase for a different product already if it wasn’t for this process.

The website info was fixed immediately, I got store credit & suggestion for a product that met my needs, plus the replacement item was delivered 24 hours after ordering it!
