Only bad thing I could say is the tracking service you I guess “partner with” kinda sucks as I couldn’t actually track my package but nonetheless I will still likely buy any knife from you in the future.

Great customer service! I’m in the US and I bought a limited edition benchmade knife, the collab with worksharp. I’m an EMT and I emailed them and this still honored a first responder discount even though they’re in Canada. The shipping was also way faster than I thought it would, and on top of everything that knife is discontinued.

The after sales communication was excellent and friendly. One of my knives did not meet my expectations, and a solution was offered that worked for both parties.

Excellent knife, very strong, well balanced and sharp. So sharp that it cuts the boltaron sheath every time I move it and there's plastic curls on the blade, I'm not sure what that means long term. Overall, great knife.
