I contacted House of knifes literally a couple of hours after I placed my order to cancel my order. I had discovered the part i had ordered was not my problem and so didn't need it. They DID NOT cancel my order!

The first day I tried to use the site it would not take my payment (several tries) and it dismissed me. One the second day of trying it took my payment immediately without a problem. Your site is easier to navigate than the WorkSharp site is.
