Great shipping prices and reasonable shipping time (although, some of this responsibility falls in the hands of Canada Post, in my case). Even though the website feels archaic, it is very usable and easy to find what I was looking for (less easy when I was just browsing though…).

Long-time customer but only started buying from the HoK site within the last 18 months or so, I think. Have no complaints thus far. Website is intuitive to use, decent product selection online, pain-free purchase process. I especially appreciate the detailed product descriptions & specifications, though of course, that is still no substitute for actually handling a knife or multitool in-person.

Online was a bit of a challenge but I got It. I have waited a long time to purchase the Victorinox slicing knife but it was worth the wait and the money. The knife is much better to use with the grip easy to handle; a breeze to use. Glad I have it.
