We have been really pleased with the bed we purchased. The installation was particularly impressive and the quality versus the cost of the product combine to make it excellent value for money. Whilst the service and advice we received was excellent, if there is a downside it is the showroom which doesn’t give the best of impressions. However, this may be why the product is such good value for money. Nice to see it is manufactured in the UK and is high quality and a good price too.

When the bed eventually arrived., it was swiftly put together and was ready for use. Great. My one criticism is non communication from when the bed is ordered, to myself phoning after 10 days for an update. A quick email would have made all the difference.

Your delivery driver was very helpful, not only with the installation of your product but also with the transfer of the patient from one bed to the new one. All members of your staff were very helpful with advice in helping me choose the right product. Other companies would do well to follow your example.

Very professional in all aspects from quotation to installation. The bed is of excellent quality and fitted to perfection. Nice to deal with people who knew exactly what we needed in a difficult family situation making a relative comfortable in bed. It is difficult dealing with Dementia at times but your company made the purchase an easy transformation from old to new

Ute date for delivery was difficult to obtain and we seemed to be given an odd excuse for its delay.

Your engineer removed my original bed to another room and installed the new bed very quickly without leaving any mess! I am very pleased with the adjustable bed which is most comfortable and easy to operate.
