Purchased an adjustable bed, but accidentally ordered wrong size. This was corrected immediately without fuss by the nice lady on the phone. Paid for express delivefry but this ended up delayed but company were good enough to refund some of the express delivery fee. Very happy with bed. Great look and comfort, had to buy extra mattress retainers. All in all pleased.

Purchased anew bed and mattress in February this year. Was not happy with the mattress as there was no support when siting on the sides. Found a mattress with good support in the Laybrook web site. Contacted Laybrook and agreed to purchase a new mattress. Staff very heplful

ordered a new adjustable bed with a mattress in early May, 2021.
I received the order on MAY 28, 2021. The delivery and set up (completed by the driver), was done quickly and efficiently.
Everyone, from the person I spoke to, when making enquiries regarding the type of mattress I needed, to placing the actual order, was very quick, efficient and all the staff very friendly.
I would recommend Laybrooks to anyone who is in the market for purchasing from them.
Thank you, Joanne, Donna and Debbie, for their help and assistance during my purchasing process, and the kind driver/delivery man, for his help too.

Excellent. I was searching around for an electric bed for my elderly mother. Found the Laybrook site and had a look at the products available which could meet her requirements. I found something of interest. Phoned the company and spoke with Charlotte, she was extremely helpful and was able to offer help and guidance. Ended up ordering through her. I was able to throw questions and queries at her and she supplied the information I was seeking. We agreed a delivery date and the full purchase price was settled on the day. When the bed arrived our delivery and installation guy was superb, Henry his name. He was courteous, helpful and answered any questions directed at him. He gave the T & Cs as well as a full list of instructions of what and what not to do. Very impressed. The bed has eased my mothers problems with her sleeping. Good service all round

From start to finish, buying our bed at Laybrook has been fantastic. The 2 guys who delivered it, put it together and showed us what to do and what not to were really friendly and helpful. Everyone I spoke to to order the bed and who kept me updated on its progress we're also really friendly, helpful and happy to talk to you and even have a laugh...really can't recommend the company, the people who work there and the products enough...and no I'm not a member of staff, just a very grateful customer...thank you...🤗🛌
