It is so easy to find what I’m looking for and two clicks later I’m checked out. Awesome.

web site slow to respond to dropping items in basket. It was not clear until checking the actual basket that there were more items added of the same item. Hard to delete the extra items. Other web sites are smoother with this. Frustrating experience. Also items were out of stock and not sure if they will be back....

Site would not allow me to add an item to the cart (of which I had multiple items) but it would allow me to "pay now". Weird.
