Website was very slow and kept giving me an error message when I tried to put something in the cart.

Happened to see a pair of jeans on a social media ad but wasn't ready to purchase. Found the item easily on the site now that I'm ready to buy. The sizing chart is very helpful. Some timing lags in the site itself but overall, shopping was easy

I think the Liverpool website is laid out well and easy to use. Also love that the 20% off was easy to receive and apply! I purchased an extra pair of jeans because of it. Thanks!

My order was a little hard to make changes to so now I think I have several orders out there on various equipment I ordered from.

I had ordered Gia jeans in a size 4P. They're too short & when i tried to exchange , the only options shown were in Petites. So I'm purchasing a new pair in size 4 Reg & returning the Petites...... Could have been a lot easier !!!
