Always a great experience!

Great. Easy rescues and selection of options.

Easy ordering and free shipping!

Very slow web site

easy and fun.

The website buttons are alittle buggy - they change colors when you move the curser over them and a round circle with a line through it shows up so it appears as if it is disabled when you try to click the button to add to cart. Also, the cart does not update right away, so I ended up clicking several times, thought it was not available and almost left the site but then checked my cart just to make sure, and actually I had added 3 pairs. You need to check your buttons and there should be a confirmation popup when you successfully add something to your cart

Easy online shopping experience.

My cart wouldn’t update until I left the site and then reentered the site.

Ung, you guys, I hate this Shopify template. The pics don't load well, and the zoom function is annoying. It's also kind of confusing how things are laid out -- I ended up reopening the site to try to get the 20% pop up again (also, super shady to require text opt in after e mail. that really ***** up trust. I would have abandoned cart at that point, even though I'd spent an hour picking things out, but didn't because I've had your jeans before and love them), and seeing a new item when I scrolled down (the leopard print suit) that I hadn't seen anywhere, after thinking I'd gone through every page of possible shopping. Also, I'm a size 16. The way things are organized means that I have to shop between plus and straight sizes to see the options for my size. That could be done more successfully. Also, return process is a bit ambiguous. Are returns free? The way it's framed, it seems like yes, but since you didn't explicitly say, AND you did that shady text ****, I assume it's not, but you want people to think it is.

I'm giving you all of these complaints because I really love your jeans and want you to have wild success so I can keep getting my denim needs met. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who felt annoyed by these things!

Also, this form is requiring my name and e mail to submit, and when I clicked submit without it, it erased my entire review. That's all bullshit.

I would prefer not to check out through Shop Pay. It will allow me only one email address, while I have several.

Hard/slow to add items to shopping cart. Ended up adding multiples of the same item; then had to delete the items.

Awesome!

Good. Thank you for the discount code. I cant wait to get my new jeans!

honestly had a really hard time getting these jeans to add to the cart-the free tshirt offer seemed to complicate the process. this was my second attempt back on this site-i wasn't going to try a third time.

I was to get a 20% discount and could never get it to enter. Please adjust account accordingly.

Easy - can't wait to try these jeans. I've heard s much about them.

Fast ordering process.

Website was very slow when searching and adding to cart, shopping codes were sent but didn’t work when entered so info had to be entered in. Otherwise everything was good. Love your jeans!

I didn’t ever get the 20% off code. It was sent to me in December and when I went to order it was out of stock so I couldn’t get it today and that was a big bummer

It takes time for the items to show up in your cart resulting in multiple of the same items being added.
