I was supposed to get a 30 % discount but only got a 20% per a sales associate on the phone
I spent over $150 on a previous order but did not get a free t shirt.
I still love your jeans and will buy them anyway, but your special offers should NOT be misleading!

checkout was difficult to remove an item, clicks didn't seem to work.

Tried ordering two of the same jeans and it wouldn’t let me. Otherwise, the jeans are amazing.

The menus and pop-ups cover selection of items. MIght be a Mac with Safari. Even your feedback window erased when I missed the email address. Poor design.

I did not like that there was no place for me to put in the discount code for 20% off until checkout. And even there it was hidden, until I hit the pull down to reveal the box with the discount code field.
