While I have have shopped here before with no problems, this last purchase did not go well. After a week with no word from Liverpool I finally sent them an email inquiring where my purchase was. The reply was curt and unhelpful. When I wrote back telling them I was disappointed by their lack of communication (a warehouse glitch delayed my shipping by over a week) they gave me yet another curt response and 30% off coupon. When I told them how I felt they just gave me a 20$ gift card. Then they finally sent me an email to tell me they sent me a refund because of a ups error. When I looked at the refund, they had not refunded me my reward points. I had to call them and ask for them back. While I appreciated the attemp by throwing money at this problem, I think they need to work on their customer comminications. I was left feeling very frustrated at the whole shopping experience and it soured my enthusiasm for this brand.

Would have loved to kept these jeans. For a petite size they were way too long. At least 4 to 5 inches too long. They showed 30 inches on the tag but, when I tried them on I would have had to cut them several inches and then hemmed them.

However, I placed order for size 10 and it appears to me that you were out so you sub it for a 12. Maybe my error but I don't think so. Went to return it and 10 was out of stock. So that made me think you substituted the order. Then the return process. Maybe my error...who not 100%.
