You will not ship to Alaska? nuts. that is unheard of these days. Alaska is part of the USA. I had to use a freight forwarder and pay extra.

I placed my first order wtih Liverpool. My email receipt points me to this site for me to track the status of my order. When I enter my order number and hit enter, I get an error message of "enter a valid email or order number." My order number is 267499. This is not an optimal customer experience.

While I expected a delay in shipping as noted on the website due to inventory, the delay seemed exceptionally longer than expected and is unacceptable. Communication with Liverpool was also unacceptable based on an initial snarky response when I inquired about shipping timelines
