I’m impressed how the reward system so easily works. It can be difficult to find and apply rewards on many sites.

Thank you for letting me know about your inventory issue, and that it would be a little bit longer before I would receive my order. Not everyone is this considerate, and I appreciate it. Will order from Liverpool again!

I couldn't log in despite having purchased from LP before. When I would use the "forgot my password" link, none of my email addresses were available. Elements on the page just didn't work well. I had difficulty applying coupon codes and discounts. Finally, I had trouble using the ShopPay feature, had to clear out my cache before trying again.
