Still have not shipped my order, poor communication and now the pair that I bought a couple months ago has a broken zipper.

There are many issues with your site and ordering process. My order # is 267043. I don't have the time to type out all of the things that aren't working, but I am primarily annoyed that my CC was charged before the order was supposedly shipped. I still can't determine approximately when I should get my order
