The scrape guard is great. Not only does it jazz up the lower part of the bike but it's also incredibly strong and functional.

It doesn't chafe your legs and stay pretty comfy.

Super comfortable

The bike was all I hoped it would be. I find I enjoy riding it without the pedal assist function powered up. I bought a Bafang BBSHD mid drive about 5 years ago and it is still running strong on my cargo bike. Thanks Luna!

happy with the bike and the good communication with staff throughout the entire purchase via email and phone.

This part secures a vital part of my Trike to another vital part and it does it well.

Got the 500C as a replacement for the much larger 750C. I prefer the 500C smaller size and integrated control buttons for less clutter on the bar.
As always Luna shipped quick.

Luna is the best dealer in th USA. I keep buying from them and they are the only company i trust!! I highly recommend it!

It's okay the speaker mount build quality is not that great first one I received came broke they sent me a another free of charge. Speaker is not that loud.

The offset provided an ideal chainline for my fat tire bike.

Good product at a great price. You can’t beat Luna’s pricing. Fast shipping also at a great rate. 👍🏼

Float Seat is so great! I love the look, the feel and the Luna Logo. My butt loves it most of all!

Wanted to build an ebike but had specific requirements. Retired ,ex-off road motorcycle guy. Live in an extremely mountainous area and still like to go off road. But like the idea of a go anywhere fatbike. Chose the Mongoose Malus.
Now for power, the Bafang BBSHD with DPC-18 display. Also purchased the Mighty-mini 30 chainring. Climbs anything.
A lot of people knock the Mongoose because it's an entry-level bike. But it turned out to be the perfect choice for this project.
I mounted the Luna steel/aluminum chainring adapter and sprocket 44t next to the mini 30t. This allows for better chain alignment. 30t, lower gears, 44t higher gears. Now to align the motor I cut half an inch off the bottom bracket and moved it as far as needed. And while we are chopping up an entry level bike, with its steel frame, I welded that silly motor mount right to the bottom bracket. Now the motor is bolted directly to the frame. Solved that problem. It is everything I need and more!
I chose Lunacycle for their extensive and innovative product line and positive reviews. Packaging and delivery times are excellent.

I live in an extremely mountainous area of Colorado and need climbing ability most of the time and offroad too. On my Mongoose fat tire the mighty-mini 30t chainring does the trick. But knew that when I go to a more level area I will need larger.
I wanted to eliminate chainline issues so decided to go with two chainrings. the steel/aluminum chainring adapter and sprocket 44t has the least offset I could find in the size I needed.
Mounting them side by side worked perfectly. Cutting the bottom bracket allowed me to align to motor and achieve really good chainline when using the 30 in low gears and the 44 in high gear.

great , easy install, much better than stock

After considerable research back in 2018, I decided to purchase my BBSHD and 52V 17aH triangle battery pack from Luna Cycley. Over the last few years it has been flawless. Recently my mid drive started acting strange and since I didn’t want to lose my bike for too long, I purchased a new BBSHD. It was here in less than a week, installed and back on the trail. I will investigate my original motor and try to put it back in service on another bike. In addition to motors and battery, I have also purchased many other parts and accessories from Luna without hesitation and will continue to do so in the future. Great products, service and friendly attention. Thank you Luna !

This product is top notch. It's CNC machine, which means that is light weight, strong and beautiful. Luna Cycle is my one stop-shop for bbshd motor related parts and other ebikes & parts.

I just wish they were a bit bigger and a break kit was sold with it

Working with Ramsey was amazing. The online support was horrible but Ramsey made up for it.

I like the Luna chainrings for the BBS motors! Durable and the narrow wide tooth profile hangs onto the chain.
