love the added hight, a lot more comfortable

The 58 tooth sprocket added the extra torque I needed to climb hills with no problems

The Luna seat exceeded my expectations, not only does it look fantastic the improved comfort is undeniable! This seat blows away the OEM seat in comfort and style all day long! Great Product Luna!!

Great fast costumer service

I really like the feature that lunar cycle uses when their inventory goes out of stock. I like the fact that they email me as soon as it becomes available makes it such a seamless and positive experience will do business again! Aloha from Hawaii

Loving my Sur Ron. Light weight. Fun to ride. I can’t get enough. Thanks for the quick service

The Surron is well worth the money. I’ve been enjoying the weekends a little bit more these days. The service I received from Luna Cycle was great. Once, I placed my order I was riding it within 6 days.

I really like the Bike, but unfortunately, I haven’t really had time to ride it yet. I received it prior to Christmas and things were just busy, then we had a snow storm that’s still covering everything, and then I got hit with Covid and was down for the count for nearly 3 weeks. Total bummer, but hopefully as soon as the snow melts, I don’t care how cold it might be, I’m cutting the green wire and heading out to have some fun. I have all the gear to ride in the northeast. As of now, she’s just in my basement looking like a show piece. We’ve been in a deep freeze for a month now snd it looks like we should have a warm up in a week or so that should clear the way to get out snd have alittle fun.

Great ebike with lots of potential upgrades available. I would have given it 5 star but the rear wheel came from the box out of round.

Packaging and overall build quality is amazing. All bolts were marked and torqued perfectly

Crazy fast and fun. I just upgrade the wheel set to 18/21 and can't wait to test it out with the XX power.

Very versatile. From mellow when need be like an ebike, to bad and rad like a fun dirtbike. Seems sturdy and well built. Only small thing I can think of is just the rear fender is to small, kicking debris on your neck and helmet. A quick and easy fix from an aftermarket supplier. An absolute blast to ride. No regrets !

Bike is amazing shipping was terrible though it was a week late

Awesome bike, very well built and fun to ride, Thanks Luna Cycle.

Very comfortable seat, and looks good too.

product that I ordered came on time and no damage 100% recommend this shop for quality upgrades!

I ordered the Luna X2 size Med just a couple of days ago online and the bike arrived today, so super quick from California to my door in Mesa Arizona in 2 days. The bike was very well wrapped and packed and the assembly process went very smooth, I followed the videos from the digital Manual on the Luna site which is worth watching.

I have also the first generation of this bike dating way back to before Luna started selling these Dengfu based bikes and the new X2 is such a huge improvement on the original offerings from Dengfu from 3 years ago. Items of note for improvements are the inclusion of the short crank arms, more range on the battery, better looking and functioning design on the frame, better shocks, the stock firmware the bike comes with is the version 14.6 so the bike gives smooth and predictable power from both throttle and pedal assist. Also of note is the silent drive gear included in the price, awesome brakes, about a half an inch of more BB ground clearance compared to the old first generation frames and the bonus of the front shock accommodating the option to go 29” front if you want.

I did swap out the pedals that came with the X2 because I prefer a steel pinned flat pedal for grip to the shoes but this is just my preference, other than this the bike is ready to roll exactly as it is and is a super bike for a super price.

I would like to recommend this purchase to anyone considering this bike. Luna sales staff were also very helpful and prompt response. ………
