Super great job guys love the products keep up the fantastic service

The kit, ordering process and delivery was excellent,

These guys are great! Items are always packaged well! Orders are processed very quickly! I have zero complaints!

It works great, I had to get a new one since the old had been damaged, very easy to put on and highly suggest if you just want a new one because of holes or cracks.

I have only good experience using chain rings from Luna! I love that they offer an offset even on the smaller 36t and 30t no other supplier have that on there chainrings. Quality is good i only got a broken tooth on one off my rings after 3years biking 😊

smooth as silk no problems what so ever
right to my driveway out of the box and down the road

it works good, nice torque

I've ordered 2 BBS02's and 1 BBSHD from Luna. All are currently installed on 3 bikes that all function perfectly. The BBSHD is definitely my favorite and is worth a few extra dollars for me.

The bracket I bought for the bbshd is well made and great design. I installed it with hose clamps and it looks like it belongs on bike. The shipping came in two days. The price was super for a quality product. Luna has never let me dow. They are the best hands down. Bravo Luna Bravo

I got the 2021 version back in November. The bike is dope. I did a TON of research on electric bikes/electric motorcycles and this one fit the bill in terms of ease of use, ease of transport (put the seats down in my 4runner and lay it on it's side), weight, speed, available upgrades, no special license required, quiet, easy to fly under the radar (except for at stop lights when people roll their window down to ask you about it), and price. I was between this and a ZERO DSR ($4k vs. $11k) and I think I made the right decision. I don't see myself ever getting rid of it. I'm 6'1" 215 lbs and its comfortable to ride but I do look a little funny on it. I just ordered the floating seat to add an extra inch of ride height. Seat extender/riser is the next purchase and I think I will eventually give it a legitimate rear dirt bike tire at some point but not in a hurry to do that. Thinking a gladiator battery for the extended range too but that's an expensive upgrade. I'd rather put the money into this Ninja-mobile than a bigger and heavier bike though. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Thanks Luna!

Nice big, colorful display.

I bought the gates belt drive set up and wanted to go back to the chain set up so I bought this thru Luna and after a couple YouTube videos I went for it and the install went smooth definitely a great product as well

The Luna X2 has been a great purchase. I have put almost 250 miles of hard riding on it since January 1st, 2022 with no issues.

Very nice looking seat and comfortable

First electric bike I have ever owned or even had a chance to ride on. Definitely is a fun experience to ride especially as someone who hasn’t even been on a regular pedal bike in several years. Gets up pretty quick and is a ton of fun. Crashed the bike and even with a hard fall barely got a few scrapes so it is built well. Would definitely recommend the bike.

This kit was perfect for fitting a battery shark pack into a small mtb triangle. I had an older frame, the water bottle mounts were not in the right spot, and the other adapters I’d seen were long pieces with a much higher profile that would have used too much of my limited space. The hose clamps were stainless steel, the heatshrink was a nice touch, the M5 bolts were low profile, and the mount points appeared to be some sort of metal (maybe aluminum, but this was not in the product description).

I wasn't sure what to expect. This thing rips! I was sitting on the fence about the purchase. Size M sold out while I was thinking! I jumped and ordered size S. I'm 6foot 180lb and it feels fine. I personally don't really miss the extra reach a larger frame would have. The paint looks awesome in person. the metal flake is really well done. Its subtle, unique and goes with any accent colors. especially mud :)

I'm on the East coast, I Ordered on 12/20/21 and received my bike before new years! 12/28/21. Luna staff has already proved to be excellent. I was able to reach them by telephone to answer my questions before the bike had even arrived. I've also contacted them through email and they respond quickly.

I'm what I'd consider to be a tough customer. This was a huge purchase for me.
The spec on this bike is very well thought out. there are really no components that are lacking in quality.

Good job LUNA!

Luna cycles was great. Responded accordingly. Love my surron

Great company, zero issues.

Sur Ron bike, aftermarket parts, and Luna Company are outstanding. Beyond expectation, very pleased...
