CHARGERS: LUNA MINI - 48V
I love the Luna 48v 3amp Mini Charger because it's small, good looking, tough, and has an adjustable knob to charge to 80%, 90%, or full 100%. I have 4 batteries for my two E-bikes and two electric scooters. Two came with basic 2 amp chargers that work fine, but I wanted the ability to charge to 80%. I really didn't like the idea that my battery sits charged at 100% when not in use, because of not having any control over those basic 2amp chargers. So with the Luna Mini Charger it gives me a quick charge at 3amp and offers the control of multiple percentages to charge to. I use all 3 percentages often...I also have the 48v Luna Advanced 300 watt charger, which I love. Definitely recommend these chargers!

LUNA M600 Replacement Display DPC240
Replacement Display is way off on speed which is not Lunas fault and its not a big enough issue to return. Says im going 45 when Im only going 25. Other than that it works great!

xt-90 male to Anderson power-pole connector
This allows connection from my Luna battery to my bafang hd motor. The battery has xtc-90, the motor has anderson plugs. This allows for quick and easy connection between the two.

Sur-Ron X (red or silver color) with Pedal Kit
Absolutely fun to ride. I haven't been able to keep the kids off it since i put it together. I can say Luna rocks and shipping went exactly as they say. Overall this is a very nice bike, and a blast as its quiet and clipping the wire gets me 5'11 215lbs up to 47mph. No damage upon arrival, easy install and super fun, don't hesitate get one. Luna if you're reading this get some of the snow track conversions for them as i bet you'd sell alot of them.

X2 Enduro EBIKE
I received my X2 and assembled it without any issues
The Ludicrous control cut off power as soon as I engaged it
I reached out to Luna and they were right on it
Turns out the battery pack is not correct but they’re making it right and sending me the correct battery
I’ve ridden my X2 numerous times using pedal assist only and the bike works flawlessly and better handling than I expected for a heavy E bike
Overall I’m completely satisfied and I can’t say enough about how great Luna tech support is
These guys really stand behind their product
Looking forward to many more great MTB rides in the future
Thanks Luna!

X2 Enduro EBIKE
Solid bike for the price. Not as high quality as higher end bikes, but it's also much cheaper than those bike. Solid platform and frame to upgrade components over time as needed. 750W is more than enough power for anything I want to do or climb. I think ludicrous mode is unnecessary and unneeded. Hoping the frame last for many, many years.

I haven’t ridden it much due to the weather. Luna Cycle was super quick with shipping and communication was great. Hopefully when the economy is back to normal I’ll be able to buy some add on’s for my Sur Ron

X2 Enduro EBIKE
My initial reaction with this X2 is ecstatic. (I'm 70, a low-speed trail rider with a passion steep terrain and mountains) The suspension when dialed in is very accommodating. My ride is now completely improved with more traction and more adaptability on all ground, but especially rocky terrain. The M600 drive is higher with more ground clearance than any of my Luna BBSHD bikes I've built, and having the battery in the frame puts that heavy weight in an ideal position for balance and agility. Best part of the M600 is the torque sense assist. Using only level 1 or 2 (0f 5), I can climb anything by simply 'riding the bike". The harder I pedal, the more assist. I used to throttle up steep inclines, now I just "ride" them. I feel like the bike integrates into me as a rider. it's very responsive, the power is smooth, and the balance is great. I would recommend this to any style of rider.
I've had some problems with errors in the parts on the bike; but LUNA support has been fast and effective in solving the issues. As it's been for years, LUNA support is excellent.

Well built and thought out bicycle! My first E-bike, after a recommendation from a friend. After purchasing, I understand why he’s so passionate about it. The bike was very carefully packaged, and quite easy to assemble. It’s winter here, so not many rides, but I’m excited for spring and some amazing treks!

This is a great bike and I was blown away how I got it after only one week from the time I ordered.
I had a small battery problem but I got an email from LUNA saying they knew about the battery problem and they were sending a new battery and I could keep the one I had. How many other companies would do this ....none!
Thanks LUNA for a great bike and wonderful service.

Z1 Enduro EBIKE
Hi,
I have not had any time to contact support yet.. I didn’t like the fact that I had to build it. I feel that the bike needs some service to make sure everything is safe and up to spec. I really wish that it came with some sort manual to explain some things like service etc.The bike is great though, I know as soon as I get it serviced/ dialed in I’m really going to love it. Do you guys take care of servicing or do I need to take it to a local bike shop? Thank You.

Hi Bernardo, we actually do offer assembly for local pickups such as yours if the request is in the order comments. Usually about $50 extra. If you are just looking to get a tuneup any bike shop can do that. We may be able to as well but it might take longer as we are mainly an e-commerce company and only offer pickups/tuneups etc as a courtesy for locals in LA.
