Absolutely exceeds expectations ordered on Saturday & received the bike within 7 days it is essentially r2r takes about 45mins to set up with youtube and instruction card combination bike goes 28mph in eco mode32 in sport mode, gets around 32mpc(miles per charge) with brown loop with still intact it does comes with a charger and takes about 1 hour to charge from 25%-100% 5 star rating 5star company &beyond 5 star communication it is worth every extra penny especially with a shoutout to affirm.

Great bike, would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the customer support. Feels great and has great suspension, if you are looking for your first ebike, this is great, comparable to a 110 power wise but feels like it has a little more torque and it is much bigger.

Why aren't there any installation instructions? It's not very complicated to put together, but it would be nice to have a short diagram at minimum. Bike is great so far and I'm still capped at 28 mph! I have a boney butt, so this seat is very uncomfortable. Needs a lot more cushion for cruising. All in all, I'm enjoying every moment on this bike. Gets a ton of looks too!

great bike for the price. faster and more efficient then a surron and easy to move and wheelie. doesn’t take much more space then my old bike due to the small size but isn’t too small to ride comfortably. i’ve had all different sizes of people ride it and all love it. would recommend getting this bike over a surron x especially if u are not looking to upragde.

Great programer. Allows me to control how much assist on each level. Increases from 5 levels to 9. I can also adjust how much power the thumb throttle starts with when starting on a hill. The stock setting would pop a wheelie. Also lets me use the thumb throttle with zero assist.

BAFANG ULTRA MAGNESIUM MOTOR Ebike Mid Drive
I've had this motor for about 2 1/2 years now and I've been very very happy and grateful I ran across this kick *** high-power motor. It's giving me everything I wanted and needed and more!
I can't drive a car due to disabilities so I'm stuck to a bike. I've had a couple e-bikes in my time and this bike motor is the motor you want and need if you want to speed, torque and power.
I couldn't be happier. I have to haul a lot of stuff around in a cargo, including a 150 pound Saint Bernard dog.
I haven't had really any problems with this motor due to maintenance and upkeep. Although at this moment the motor stopped working last week. Be it electrical or the motor I don't know (I think electrical?), but I'm having people look at it and trying to get it fixed. I hope it can be fixed. And if can't, I'll be sure to buy another top quality Luna motor. It's worth the money and time! You can't go wrong with this motor!

I’ve owned almost every dirt bike model made and was really hesitant in buying a electric bike in fear of no power and battery life.
Well i will never go back to gas dirtbikes after getting my xxx!
it’s absolutely an amazing riding experience that you can enjoy after hours or places you normally couldn’t ride due to noise. The XXX is really lightweight and once the suspension is dialed in for your weight/preference it comes alive!!
Power? I rarely take it out of eco mode because its just to much power in the woods but once you hit sport mode hang on, it will easily do 50+ mph leaving the people around you wondering what the hell is that thing. With that said everyone please don't ride like an A hole and have these banned. ✌🏼

This bike exceeded all my expectations and I was stoked about before I got it from my wife for my wedding gift (significantly better than a watch ngl). I have put over 400 miles on my surron. I take my dogs with me on mountain bike trails and we have a blast. The dogs are more excited to see the bike than I get when I am riding it. It can fit anywhere a mountain bike can. I also started taking it to work on back roads and trails. It's very freeing to be on a road one minute and a trail the next. I use it almost every day and I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants an e-bike but doesn't want to pedal. It goes plenty fast enough if you are taking it on bike trails and such. When you get on roads it's easy to top it out but honestly if I were to have go faster I'd probably get in trouble one way or another. The only downside is the range, you wish it could get 100+ miles per charge but it's still an incredibly impressive battery and motor. Highly recommend getting this bike!
