Bars are amazing for the price, would highly recommend for taller riders

Love the bike. It's perfect to practice technique and it has helped my girlfriend get into riding without worrying about bike weight or shifting. Luna was great and very helpful. I would recommend this 100%!

So far so good! Have only ridden a few times on local trails, lightweight, fast, quick throttle response! Highly recommend Luna Cycle, shipping was quick, arrived well packaged, set up was easy after watching the videos they recommend.

You absolutely cannot go wrong buying this bike. The power is just right, it's comfortable, very customizable to your needs and so far Luna has been amazing. The community and mods for this bike is bigger than any other. I have actually sold one of my other ebikes, as this one eliminated the need for it. You can't go wrong, just buy it.

This bike is well worth the price. I was in the market for an upgrade over my gas bike, but a good used one is so hard to find these days, and when I compared the price of a new gas bike to this one, I decided to pull the trigger. I am extremely happy with the choice. The size, weight, sound, torque are all massive benefits over a gas bike. I use my surron for trail and woods riding, and the bike easily performs. Thinking about buying another for the wife.

Overall I am thrilled with my new Luna X1 Enduro. I am 71 years old and had to give up my dirt bikes (motorcycles) years ago. Now I out riding almost everyday and getting a full cardio workout. On the bike paths there is plenty of power and it takes a little getting used to to apply the power smoothly. In the dirt, I also have plenty of power and the dual suspension works great. I do miss the option of a kickstand, even if were removable for trail riding. The other issue I notice is that the power band diminishes as the battery discharges, eg, 75% battery gives me about 75-80% motor power. At 45" battery power, I get about 50-60% motor power. I guess this is inherent with the stock battery. I would still buy it again and I am having a blast!!!

The Carbon Wrap looks fantastic! I uploaded a photo but don't know how to add it to this review. Installation was easy but you must separate your pieces and plan the install. Make sure all surfaces are clean from dirt and oil and start applying the wrap. If you take your time it will come out perfect and look great. I am getting lots of compliments, I think the kit was totally worth the cost, time and effort. Get it! You won't be disappointed.

I'm an avid mountain biker and live up in the mountains with a ton of trails. Always wanted to make it further out on the trails to the harder to get to locations. Surron made it so easy to rip up there and back. Able to explore locations I've never been to. For what you pay the power is exceptional, the suspension is acceptable. The bike needs some upgrades but that's all personal preference.

Luna was fast in response time and in getting the delivery out. The only issue was on FedEx's end. Make sure you pick up the phone in the next few days following ordering to setup the delivery date. And call FedEx again the day before delivery to make sure they have it on the truck and will deliver the estimated date. I waited the full day it was suppose to arrive and FedEx never showed up. I called them up and they said they "lost the package". I got in contact with Luna and they said this happens with FedEx some times and to wait a few days and it will turn up. It came in about a week later. So just make sure you hound FedEx so you don't waste a day off waiting.

My only other regret is that I didn't buy this bike when it was $3600 or spend the same amount of money on the XX model last black friday.

The Long wait is over (ordered in May, got it in August) and after my first ride seems to now be a distant memory. This is my third Ebike in growing fleet. I watched a ton of different reviews before and after purchase. I am not sure that was really fair as I now compare my experiences to what others "opinions" are. It is very clear that if you compare the list of features to other bikes in this class, the X1 is a clear front runner. Everything else now seems to be about "opinions" and I think all of those can differ depending on who, what, where and when you ride.
I am a 54 year old 170lbs less than great fitness but agile. I do no other formal training. I can guarantee on this bike I could keep up with ANYONE on a pedal bike flat or uphill for as long as needed. (If you have never ridden an Ebike)
- So far, very impressed with the small amount of power/battery the bike uses compared to my other bikes in the same terrain.
- For "ME" the bike out of the box was super easy to get put together and no adjustments required. Flawless.
- For "ME" I think the torque sensing works great at low and high speed.
- For "ME" The bike rides very nimble and is light on the front in steep terrain base don geometry and rider position if combined with power.
- For "ME" - I would have liked for the throttle to have full power regardless of assist level setting. (You only get level "X " full power depending on what level you are in. That being "X"
- For "ME" the bars were to wide so I trimmed over an inch off each side which was nice to have that option with a wide bar out of the box.
- For "ME" I very much like the limited display. I have a full Befang display on another bike and I rarely use much of it. I do wish the info was a bit larger my eyes can't always focus on the smallish info when I need a quick glance.
- I do wish the bike had brakes that would cut the motor when applied. I see that as a safety for me when stopped or in very technical situations I want to be sure the bike won't jump for some reason. This would be a great feature.
- The Bike is certainly stiff as you would expect carbon to be. I am just starting to figure out tire pressure and front suspension setup to adjust for compliance at the very top of the stroke without bottoming. My hands noted the rough roots and rocks in my first ride. I am confident this is just going to take time. I can then take full advantage of the incredible benefits of the carbon frame.
- Support (I have worn out) with questions and they are great to respond within 24hours typically.
Would I buy this bike again? So Far is, YES, absolutely. But that is just based on "MY" experience. I hope others trusts their OWN experiences to make informed decisions.

Ordering from Luna has always been a positive experience. They actually use the stuff they sell. I think that says it all!

Still getting to know my X1 but love it so far. Probably more bike then a 78 year old needed. Ordered the ludicrous option and think the standard would have been fine. Only found one hill I couldn’t make all the way up but that is more lack of skill than anything.

Amazing, even better than we imagined. We bought 4, for the family, never having ridden one and these are so underrated. So fun to ride, my teenage boys (13&15) love them and we can now all go ride as a family.

Fast service, great help but I received the older model of the above product. I ordered the upgraded model with the orange buttons but received the black button one like I used to have. I kept it because I needed it for our MI ride.

Small size is stealthy. 9 assist levels solved my problem as I was in-between levels with my old 5 level display.

This seat is far more comfortable to ride for extended periods than the stock one. The stock seat seems to be built for a much lighter individual with thinner cushioning.

I purchased this belt swap kit at the same time as the Sur-ron. After assembling the bike and riding around the block once on the stock chain I was glad I made the decision to order the kit. After swapping out the belt drive on the super-motto wheels it was a very pleasant difference. Same top speed and performance as the stock larger wheels on the chain drive due to the belt sprocket size difference. The ride is quiet and quick. A great upgrade to a mainly street used Sur-ron.
