Quality pump, I bought one with my Sur Ron, feels like much better quality than the price would reflect. Would recommend and having a pump attached to your bike is always a good tool to have on hand.

More fun than you can imagine!
Thanks Luna for on time delivery, great price.

I have ordered 2 Sur Ron ebikes and many parts and accessories from Luna and every item has been delivered on time and as described! Thanks Luna!

Easy install and looks great

I had to order a plug with my charger to connect to my Luna Dolphin battery pack.
It works fine but the the wires don't stay connected with the tiny screw terminals. It would be better if it was a soldered connection. The charger works great.

Good

Works great

Ive been using lunas Version of Bafang BBSHD motors since 2017 on LvH Bullitt Cargo Bikes. I have purchased close to 10 kits over the years to support the work we do in NYC through @cargobikesolutions and @domorethanwaste. I LOVE these motors - extremely well built, powerful, fast and reliable. lunas service is excellent. Ive only had issues with wiring harnesses, displays and connectors. The motor itself has been solid for 10’s of 1000s of miles of rigorous daily use (8-10 hour days), 4-6 days a week. Ive only had to replace one clutch, and one motor controller that was shorted due to user error.

I recommend when buying these kits to buy an extra inner lock ring (using 2 is more secure than just one), the luna wrench, wiring harness (back up) and extra clutch (back up).

I rode my X1 Enduro a couple of times in Colorado Springs before I left home on a 4-month trip but was not really a proper test. Rode it north of demming yesterday on the fluoride ridge inner loop trail five miles thousand feet of elevation extreme Rocky terrain all the way up to the high point and then more or less Rocky terrain downhill most of the way back to the trailhead. Tried using the thumb throttle a couple times just to test it and it's hard to gradually put it on when you're in a situation where you really think you need that thumb throttle to get you out of trouble and get a gradual application of power. I know I've tried enough times that if you push it slowly down the power will come on gradually seems hard to do might be a twist throttle would be easier to control? Stability felt really good riding through the gnarly Rock sections. I adjusted both fork and shock pressures to give reasonable sag with static weight on it but still seem to ride a little stiffer than my bulls. Maybe I can reduce air pressure a slight bit more to give it a more cushy ride. I cut the bars down in my shop at home before leaving home and of course had to do some grinding on the ends of the bars to make the grips not rotate as the stock bars have but I think I don't know of anyone that would really want those 32-in wide bars. It just seemed crazy wide. Overall I think it's a wonderful bike and would recommend it to anyone. Seems like a really good deal for the price I paid $3450. Probably worth over $4,000 for sure

I've been waiting to get my hands on this awsome machine made crank arms from Luna Cycle. Within a few weeks I was able to purchased the crank arms (pair) which they have a selection of colors that you can choose so I decided to get the GOLD ones. Compare to the stock ones from Bafang brand the Luna brand is beyond with their quality of work and it sure shows the passion and the precision and time to come up with their crank arms. All I can say as a customer is that I'm 1000% percent satisfy and you too will have the same reaction when you buy this crank arms from Luna. The price is priceless. Go LUNA ☺

I added this clever little plate to my Sur Ron as a head badge just in case some authority needs to see performance ratings of my bike...

Luna Cycle delivered, Sur Ron arrived as promised in a neatly packaged shipping box, assembly was easy with the final assembly of front wheel, handle bars, controls etc. The Sur Ron is just a amazing bike, with the performance up grades of the Ludicrous XX, what can I say to be the lucky 100 buyers who got this bike. Thanks, John

Super fast shipping! Great quality!

Couldn’t be happier with Luna Cycles ! I will highly recommend Luna to any potential customers I meet . I’ve bought 3 Sur Rons and many upgrade parts and have been happy with all facets of the transactions . Thanks Again guys !
Sincerely , Dave Gallant

Fitment was off by a considerable margin on the piece I received. I had to bend and tweak the skid plate first, and then put clamps on the lower end to pull the tabs into alignment. Other people have said theirs fit just fine so there is obviously room for error and lack of QC in the manufacturing process.

The Luna Sur Ron “Ludacris” edition is the most fun I have had to date. It is extremely quiet, and has so much torque that you can ride with confidence. I have been riding for years and I can’t tell you how nice it is to ride without the engine noise. I feel more connected and aware on it. This model is quite insane and was named accordingly. Ride with caution and have fun.

I purchased the fat galaxy pedal only to build my own e bike, getting all the parts from Luna.
Have been riding the bike a lot without motor and really love it can’t wait to get it motorized!
Now thinking about a second bike for my wife so we can ride together.
Thanks Luna I really love your price for value!!!

Great product!!👍🏼👍🏼

An awesome deal, especially with the secret extra.
Has heaps of grunt and a great replacement for the BBS01/2.
Make sure your battery can handle it, running at 36 amps until a new 60 amp BMS arrives. It still has heaps of power even at 2Kwh

Great product, look good but check the caps are tight. You will need a 12mm allen key
I lost one within 5 minutes. Thank fully I found it 3 days later on the street. A bit worse for wear. Had to spray paint it.
