DNM Rear Shock Spring 550 LBS for Sur-Ron
If you like jumping and are 180 lbs + then this is a must have upgrade. Have mine mounted on 2021 Fox DHX2 no problem.

Luna Floating Brake Rotor for Sur-Ron (Pair)
A must have upgrade for aggressive riders. No discoloration like stock rotors= less heat . Much more resilient on rocky trails like here in Colorado. No brainer.

LUNA X1 and X2 Enduro Short Crank Arms
Purchased the shorty crank arms that Luna is now selling for the X1. 150mm in length and I really like them a lot. Not only better for riding on the trails to avoid pedal strike but even on the pavement, when banking around a corner at speed you can still keep pedaling with out worring about getting high sided with pedal strike. I have always thought short arms are all we need on an ebike. We have a motor so even at a full one inch shorter you are still giving good assist and there is a nice feel to the rotation of the pedal stroke at this length as well. HIghly recommend this purchase for anyone getting this bike.....wayne

By far the best and most fun purchase I've made in years! This thing is killer. If your looking at buying an ebike, get this one and forget the pedals!

Bafang BBSHD Mid Drive Ebike Kit
Live on a mountain flank. Thought no more cycling was part of the price to live here. I'm happy to say, I was wrong. It was an involved but do-able install. The system works well. I just adjust the assist for desired heart rate.

Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
Very impressed with the build quality of the bike. The aftermarket 550lb spring is complete junk though. It’s too small to slide over the rear shock. How can they sell this as a factory add on when it’s not usable.

Seriously enjoying this bike. Should've bought one sooner. Should've bought two! Assembly was easy. Impressed with the power of Fisher Fab LED light. Haven't installed pedal kit b/c I haven't had to pretend it was a bike yet. Hurry up and buy one if you're on the fence. Glad I did.

Luna Fixed Stealth Ebike
Bike is great if you are looking for an actual bicycle and not a moped; pedaling is required - but the assist is smooth and well tuned, and hills are trivialized. I get ~25 miles a charge at PAS 3/5.
I would adjust your PAS to 5 settings instead of the default 3. PAS 3/5 and PAS 4/5 are the only settings I use.
Probably the biggest negative is changing the rear tire. It’s a bit fiddly due to the tensioner/belt setup. I wish the stock tubes came with a removable valve core so I could run sealant. But not a dealbreaker by any stretch.
