Fast shipping.
Thanks

Would of been great but there is a burnish on the chain ring sprocket from manufacturing that detracts from the overall look of the chainring I did email custom er service with a photo but all they said was nice bike and never got back to me .

Everything I’ve purchased from Luna has been top of the line, these crank arms are no different. Simply the best products.

It is worth the smiles so much fun!

Great addition to my Sur-Ron thanks

Received as ordered, on time.

Not gonna go into the performance of the motor kit. The one thing that I hope Luna would include in their battery shipment is precautions people should take with the battery. Namely, that the battery should be fully charged before the first ride. Also, how to treat the battery during the beginning of its life. I was so excited to test ride when I built that I went out and totally discharged (from 43%) the battery without charging first, which I found out after digging through the forum that you shouldn’t do at all. A little slip of paper with some notes about what to do with a brand new battery would go along way in not ruining an $800 brand new battery!! I know it’s DIY, but unless you only want to sell to that crowd, I suggest Luna put in some basic precautionary instructions with what gets shipped. I did a bunch of research into the kit before i bought it, but don’t remember anyone saying anything about the battery.

Other than that, I’m used to a torque motor, so I’m coming around to the BBSHD. Its great for winter riding as I don’t have to work as hard as dedicated pas and therefore stay warmer riding around. If you are looking for less motorcycle and more feeling like Peter Sagan, get a torque motor. If you like mashing the throttle and going super fast, get a BBSHD. The 68-73 fits perfectly on my surly ogre 73mm BB with no extra spacers.

That’s all I have for you today. Go away now!

Luna Cycle is a very good place to buy all you ebike needs. Fast service , Easy to pay. Shipping came quick. Very easy website to buy from. Keep up the good work and service.

Fantastic battery but rivets on the magnet base plate are insufficient and started failing on day 1. I replaced every rivet with a bolt.

Just what I needed to add my 54 tooth sprocket

super delivering and really solid. nice purchasing

Awesome smooth ride! Has a lot of torque, won’t regret press order!

Great product, works as expected.burnt up my motor and bike was down. Luna came through.

The Luna sprocket adapter is awesome and high quality! It allows you to use a wide range of after market sprockets on your Sur Ron.

Absolutely love cruising around on my Sur Ron! I bought one earlier this year and loved it so much I bought a SECOND ONE a few weeks later. I would not call myself experienced in any means, but these things are a piece of cake to ride. Love riding them on the trails near my house and find myself going out on them almost every other day to catch some fresh air.

I love this 36v charger and the price is excellent. I use this on two 36v "kit" electric bikes I have. I am now upgrading to a 48v "factory built" fat tire bike. A 48v Luna 80/90/100 is my first MUST HAVE to go with my beautiful new bike. BTW shipping was fast and when I had a "New guy, Dumb guy" question the support team patiently helped me out. Thanks LUNA.

In General the bike performed as advertised. Very happy with construction, delivery and quality.

The pedal kit however was a complete waste of money !! It arrived installed as I requested. The pedal amd cranks were cheap plastic abs promptly broke. The sprocket/clutch had about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch runout causing a raging noise and mis-alignment. The gearing was a usesless 1st equivalent on a 10-15 speed bike. My only conclusion is that the pedal kit is a VERY poor quality attempt to meet some state rule and detracts so much from the experience it should either be upgraded to something that works or discontinued.

Feel free to contact me for more details.
