Luna has very good quality products and my problem with a certain item was resolved.

This is a heavy duty skid plate. The stock aluminium plate weighs about half a pound, this one weighs over 2 pounds. It resist many of the dents and dings the stock plate just can't handle.

Worked great on a Giant talon for chain alignment.
Used 1 spacer behind chainring.
👍

Wow. Unbelievable, watched a couple of videos on YouTube and unboxed it in record time. I would have loved to have more person but was able to do it myself. The packaging gives you perfect stand for installing the front wheel. Took me a long time, 30 minutes maybe? Would have taken two minutes with another hand. Amazing power. Long lasting battery.

Incredible service. Got the guard in record time. Thank God, the stock one would have been destroyed. This upgrade is perfect and easy to install.

Great torque, used on Giant Talon with 42T.
What hill?
Thanks

In Washington state I often ride in wet muddy conditions. It’s common for trees to be blown down along the trails. going over them takes a toll on me and the bike but the bash guard protects the motor from hard hits. I can focus on technical riding and getting home safe. Get it.

I love it!!! I get a lot of people commenting on how great it looks almost every day and most of them wanting to get one for themselves. At this point it has saved me hundreds of dollars in gas just running around locally every day and so it will pay for itself very quickly.

I ride a CX bike to work 4 days a week outfitted with a bbshd motor. The instant problem was my bike is a press bottom bracket and the chain line need to be in more. Lunacycles not only made a chain ring that subtract the offset but they also make the adapter for the press fit. Great products and great service. Highly recommend

The purchase was easy. Unfortunately the cable was way too long for my application. The return correspondence was easy as well. The only problem is it’s been three weeks, I have yet to receive the credit.

WOW this battery is made to survive anything. Feels like a single solid brick. Power output is constant. I replaced a HPC HiPowerCycles 48V17.5aH battery that was really just a rebranded Chinese POS and I doubled my range (at almost half the price), but more importantly it doesn't fade during long climbs. Tight fit but magnetic mount is simply brilliant!

This adapter fits good and will allow you to use most cr80r sprockets. I am using mine with Renthal Ultralight 56T red sprocket and works great.

The factory bash guard worked, but only once. That 2mm aluminium doesn't really stand up to the rocks and boulders growing wild in Southern MO. This one is 3mm steel and is far more capable of dealing with all of my mistakes I make on the trails. Probably should have bought it up front.

Nice product. Longer teeth than Lekkie and better offset but would have liked to have a 52t option because I’m running on 20” wheels and higher cadence is required at top speeds. Luna treats me right and always answers questions I have. Lack of 52t option is only reason I knocked a star off.

Great service as always

So far so good. Put about 450 miles in it so far. I would recommend this bike to anyone wanting a little assistance (Let my friend try it out, she said “feels like her lighter bike uphill”). I like it because you can get as much or little exercise as you want.

Barely used the throttle maybe once or twice. This bike can still get you sweaty, but keeps your heart rate even. Mellowing out the big effort spikes you would have on a traditional bike, overall a better workout for the body.

It can hold its own to any of the large name brand companies competitors at a much more affordable price. Great value.

A few minor things, I had to adapt a grommet where the wires enter the bike, the first one was lost, so Luna sent me another no cost. I then cut the grommet to fit the two wires, it only had space for one.

I also changed the placement of the controls around a little to suit my preference. This made the seat dropper cable stretched to just at it limits. If I needed the seat a bit higher, it could have been a problem. My mechanic said then it would require a longer cable. But I do remember seeing on the forms a way to over come this, if my memory serves me, without a new cable and just some adjustments on the bottom of the seat dropper.

Specialized quality products that work well and are well suited to this niche market. Great customer care is indeed a plus.

This throttle works great, until it doesn't. I have been using it for 18 months now and it has stopped working for the second time as of today. When it stops working, the bike erratically accelerates, even when the throttle lever is not depressed which can be very dangerous. I believe there is an internal wiring issue which eventually causes a short or something of that nature. I was hoping to buy a different throttle but most of the others were out of stock so I'll just buy two of these for now.

I’ve bought batteries, cables etc.
Very responsive on sales, shipping and technical questions and issues.
Good job from all the players!

Exactly what you need when you need it.
