One of the best purchases in my life, excellent people to work with, answer questions and great support, highly recommend purchasing from Luna Cycle, knowledgeable and honest business dealing.

Fits with Segway x160 with: 1. Add one chain link ( grind to take out one link) 2. Grind down both sides of left side crank arm and kickstand where both parts touch 3. Tighten two bolts of sprocket upon finish installation. With these three touches, kit works fine

Arrived in perfect condition and tune. Totally rattle free ride. The tires make more noise than the motor. More than enough power for these ridiculous New England hills. I keep walking past my Ducati to ride this thing. Can you tell I am very happy with this purchase? Now if I could just keep my son off it,

Great company with awesome communication!! I recommend Luna Cycle All the time. Keep up the great work!

Not that I need it for what I’m doing whit the bike but it definitely look awesome!

I was looking for a little push and I’m not disappointed! I’m using my SurRon bike for commuting 25 km distance and this sprocket is perfect for this as it doesn’t sacrifice the top speed. I love it!

I love it, I used to have a Geared hub motor which was powerful n all, but I wanted this instead because I know this mid drive would be easier to fix the parts in it. And it's just as powerful as my hub motor bike. The BBSHD is super quiet, most of the noice is from the drivetrain and the torque is alot which is what I needed for towing stuff around on my bike.

Excellent support and no problems with the bbshd or the Wolfpack V2.

Excellent support and no problems with bbshd or Wolfpack V2.

Got a couple of them

The complete kit is easy to install and easy on my knees. Thanks LUNA.

Love my Sur Ron so much, seriously the most fun I've had in a long time. I also have a full suspension BBSHD build that I love but the Sur Ron is that much more fun. They are different enough that I still use both depending on the situation. Aside from enjoying riding Sur Ron, it's super fun to tinker and upgrade it. I get so many questions about it, I must have sold at least five since owning it for a few weeks. I can't imagine anyone would regret buying a Sur Ron. Luna delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Super sturdy. I like the air vents. Bolted right on no problem. Personally I like the black finish.

I have been thoroughly enjoying my new Surron. I live in a small town only about 2000 pop. Mountain trails everywhere. I wanted to do a kind of endurance test to get a feel for what it could do. Rode it to the top of the mountain (from 7000ft to 11,400ft). About 45 minutes time. The batt was down to 30%. Coming back down with regen it was at 15% when I got home. Cool! One of the main reasons I got it though was to ride my backyard track. One of the greatest things about these electric bikes is the quiet. I have a backyard that is about 1/2 ac. so I designed a track about 12' wide and 850' long with a variety of jumps, banked corners etc. For me that is the most fun and no noise complaints! I even ride at night sometimes. My neighbors not only don't complain, they are quite intrigued.

I like doing all my personal setup tweaks too.
Here's the list so far--I wired both the tail and headlight to a single switch which I put on the batt cover--black stainless LUNA bash guard--"Sur-Ron foot peg bracket package" billet 7075 aluminum from an outfit in Florida. Much stronger!--Wider footpegs--Blue fenders from someone in Florida (front is from a Honda crf70) only fits the DNM inverted fork--Maxxis maxcross IT 70/100 tires and thicker tubes. Also rim locks front and back--I also made my own rear sprocket guard/deflector to hopefully keep twigs or fingers from going into the chain/sprocket.

That is it so far. Thanks all at LUNA. Mike.

Fuckn badass bike ...dirtbike ....i don't know what it is but fuckn bad !!!!

An awesome world class ebike specialist, very thankful for them

I looked a a lot of e bikes i wanted a bike to ride on sandy beaches in Louisiana. I LOVE the fat babe it is very stable in soft sand and hard packed sand ! I also ride on gravel roads . The belt drive is the only way to go ! THANKS LUNA

My 2nd BBHSD build using Luna..great gear as always. custom fees when shipping to Canada is expensive though.. my only gripe. Other than that.. awesome as always

One of the few bikes that met my criteria: Mid-motor, belt drive w/internal geared hub, and fun to ride.

Got to have it unless you're going to upgrade to the chain primary just in case don't want to be out in the cold with your pants down
