Luna Rocks! I have been buying from Luna since 2017 and they never disappoint!

I have held back from buying the Sur Ron for about a year and a half and I am actually glad I did, because of the improvements that have been made and the upgrades that are available now. The unboxing and assembly was a breeze and the Sur Ron looks even better in person. The ride experience is phenomenal. The acceleration and suspension(once you dial it in) are a blast. I am 230 lbs. and get about 24 miles per charge on the average with some hills and going fast a small part of the time. My top speed is 44 mph on the Sur Ron screen but the gps apps that I have show no more than 42 mph. I have added a 90 mm riser stem, new Shinko 244 tires front and back, rear mud guard and rear shock mud flap, larger foot pegs with foot peg frame support, signals front and back, 2 different handlebar mirrors, hand guards, non O-ring chain, motor bash guard, phone and go pro mount, and remote alarm stashed in the battery compartment. I think a big part of the joy of owning one of these, is all of the configurations(different size wheels, 72 to 96 volt battery, upgraded controllers, upgraded motor, etc.) you can do. This purchase was just the beginning of a long fun ride I am going to have on my Sur Ron. Thanks a lot everyone at Luna for your hard work and devotion to the electric bike market. Cheers.

This bike is a perfect fit for my 20 mile round-trip commute. Super fun to ride. It’s very smooth. The range is adequate for my needs. It’s light enough to ride easily without any assist. Looks greats. It turns a lot of heads.

First of all, I love the Sur Ron. It's so fun! I really wish I could ride it more, but life stuff is happening right now. Secondly, Luna Cycles has been super helpful. FedEx really smashed the box my bike came in. Luckily, the only thing that was damaged was a cracked battery cover. I emailed Luna to see if I could get a new one and they hooked me right up! There was no frustrating hoops to jump through. They just sent me a new cover.

It does take a while for the bike to get to you so be prepared to wait a while. Don't worry though; it's worth the wait.

Awesome bike and experience. Waiting for the Ludacris model to purchase another!

I was reluctant to buy an E-bike without test riding it but with all the great reviews on YouTube I took a chance and was glad I did. The Luna Fixed is a great value for what you get. The Gates carbon belt makes the bike super silent. The 3 speed is all you need for city riding with light hills. The 500 watt motor is actually surprisingly powerful. My only wish is a bigger battery but a full charge on level 3/3 will take you 10-15 miles so on most rides it's fine. You do need to adjust the brakes, gear box and belt tension yourself so with a few YouTube searches and some mechanical know-how it's easy to do. Overall very happy with it

The Apocalypse Scooter is amazing! Great speed for adults! Has a lot of up hill power! Brakes are great, and it provides a nice ride. Definitely for adults only!

High strength!! I don't worry about climbing over rocks anymore. This is a must. I got the unpainted one and love how I can finish how I want it. 5 min install

What a riot! Light weight, easy to ride. quick charge. Its a fun bike to get out on that doesn't break the bank with little maintenance Love the size not a full size bike but just as capable .

I have always been a gas dirt bike guy so I was hesitant buying this e-bike at first. However, from my first ride on I don't have any regrets as this has enough power, endurance and structural integrity to take a beating without worry. I weigh 200 pounds and this is more fun than anything smaller than a 110 and in some situations more fun than a 250+ in some applications. If you are hesitant, don't be, you will not regret it.

Perfect replacement for stocker that was wearing out after 1000 miles

Just like everyone says, the Sur Ron is a beast. I built my own E-Bike 10 years ago with hobby batteries and a hub motor, I could reach 50mph on the bike. I was going to build a new battery pack for my bike when I came across the Sur Ron, for the price of the Sur Ron vs buying a battery for my old bike made this a no brainer. You will not find any E-bike of this quality and power for the price. I can’t stop riding the bike, I ordered a custom seat because I spend so much time riding my butt hurts. I put 500 miles on the bike the first two weeks just riding around for fun.

much better than stock. I can see screen now.

The sur ron is a ton of fun, its high quality, easy to assemble, and very low maintenance

I liked the purchase, I am very happy with my product.

Worth it!

Absolutely the best investment I’ve made. As soon as the wife rode it one time once we got it, we immediately ordered her one the next day! Super fun for all ages!

Love the bike, was totally worth the wait, the hype is real.

This is addictive.

The Luna kit is very easy to use and installation was mostly a snap. Hardest part for me was using spacers on the backside to make the mounting plate site well. That and the fasteners are a little sloppy: threads were fouled with paint and weren’t smooth; and some bolts were comically long. Minor stuff though and within expectations for a DIY project — you’ll have to figure a little bit out.

But pleased as punch with the results. I ride this bike as much as I can; and would like to do more than that. :)

Aside from the expected wait and unexpected duty fees Luna was great to work with and the product is amazing
