Easy to deal with. They worked with my address change and was able to receive my Su-Ron without any problems. Amazing bike that continues to impress me.

Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
Overall I’m very satisfied with my Sur-Ron. During the purchasing process I had a few questions and I always got a timely response. The included care package with the face masks was a nice time and I’m getting good use out of them. The only critical thing I have to say is it took a couple weeks longer to get than you told me it would take. I can’t really even be upset though because I still got it in a fairly timely manner during the heat of the national protests and a worldwide pandemic. Thanks for the great service guys!

BBSHD Steel/Aluminum Chainring Adapter and 44T Sprocket
I wore out the 46 tooth chain ring that came with the Bafang kit. It was not the best quality and a little heavy. The 44 T is lighter and provides better performance across all the gear ratios. Looks a hell of a lot better too. I'll be checking out your battery selection soon. Its about that time. Thanks for a great product.

Bafang BBS02 Mid Drive eBike KIT
I purchased the BBS02 750watts Bafang mid drive kit from Luna. To set up the motor and all the components to my bike it was a very easy step-by-step process. I have a 48volt Panasonic shark battery and it works/runs fast and smooth. Luna Cycle is the place to purchase anything when it comes to converting your bike to an E-BIKE. They have the best Customer Service Crew that will help you with any concerns or making a decision what motor to get. They all have helped me and they totally go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. Now I'm back on the road with my e-bike communiting to work without losing any sweat.

Surron X Bike (Black Edition)
I love this bike!!!
I ride it almost every night on paths and trails I’ve never been able to ride my big noisy dirt bike on
It’s nice to be able to touch the ground again. Being short I’m barely able to touch my toes on on the ground on other dirt bikes
I can also lay this bike down in the bed of my truck and close the Hard tonneau cover Keeping everything dry when it’s raining. Also keeps it secure on overnights cause no one knows it’s even there.

EggRider V2 Bafang Bluetooth Display
Love the little display. It allows you to change your programming of the BBSxx controller on the fly. No need for programming cables or computers. It’s very useful. I also like the Bluetooth app that you can use with it as well. My only complaint is that it’s super small. No stars ⭐️ off for that though. Overall would recommend 100%

Sur-Ron - Talaria XXX Replacement Primary Belt
Absolutely amazing bike. I'm pretty sure 3 or 4 of my buddies are going to buy one after riding mine. I'm 6'1" 225 lbs and it doesn't seem to care. 140 psi in the DNM forks and a 3" rise bar. Put a Shinko 241 on back and a Dunlop on the front and a 60t rear sprocket. This bike fills a slot between my mountain bike and my CRF 450 that I never knew I needed. Thanks Luna!

Luna Fat Galaxy Ebike (Galaxy Paint)
I am a medically retired police officer closing in on being 50. In college I was on the NORBA circuit racing MTB’s. This bike has honestly opened up a whole new world to me. I am fitter and am incredibly confident with my bike. The ludicrous mode is intoxicating. Like riding a 150 cc dirt bike when I was young. But the different pedal assist modes helps me get a good workout. I will be taking this deer and elk hunting this fall. I ride now every day. Sometimes twice. If anyone questions the quality and cost, don’t. This bike is amaze balls.

#### Secret
Ludicrous controller:
Have had zero issues in one season so far, gets pretty warm, (I also put steel drive gear in bafang mid-drive.)
2500 watts doesn’t seem like a crazy amount stronger than the hotrod 1500w , but it is definitely stronger. ( I have both)
