I recently bought the Luna 42 tooth to go with my BBSHD mid drive. I converted my Santa Cruz Blur circa 2004. Worked Absolutely beyond my expectations chain line-up is right on. I've been out on it now for 2 weeks along the Eastern Sierra fantastic!! I also bought from Luna the socket set to install the BBSHD again do yourself a favor get this makes the install solid. I wouldn't buy the $19 dollar wrench offered by bafang. Apply the money twords the Luna set. Well worth the money! I didn't buy Luna's color display. Next time I would also include. Hope this helps as you venture into DIY I did, you can!! Cheers

Happy with chargert to extend battery life

I needed a Bafang BBS02 programming cable quick. I friend of mine told me about better programming for our newly installed BBS02’s that I installed on our four year old TREK Marlin 6’s. The cable worked flawlessly with the programming software and made a world of difference with the behavior of our motors/bikes. Super fast shipping. Luna Cycle is very responsive.

Busted my orginal USB somehow to doing some modifications to the bike. As expected this was a plug 'n play replacement and worked exactly as expected.

Great as allways Luna is the best

Thank you for the prompt service and excellent bike, will sure be ordering a second one in the near future.

Bike as a whole is a great value. I would have given this 5 starts with the exception of the following.

The display clamp broke off before the first ride It was broken when I took the bike off the rack to the first ride. I later learned there was not enough slack between the cable and where it is routed through the frame. When the handle bars turned it broke the clamp. You can not replace the clamp and need to get creative on a new mount or buy a new display.

The second challenge is the proprietary cranks. While riding I had a crank fall off. The splines on the crank were badly damaged but I got it back on. The retaining nut that holds the crank on was lost. When I checked the other side it was also loose but striped exceptionally easily. Looking around for replacement parts /cranks has been a challenge. I am limping along now but would like to upgrade the cranks.

Otherwise I enjoy the bike and I am adapting to the weight. Downhills and climbs it rides great. It does not carry as far on jumps and it is hard to get the front wheel off the ground for bunny hops and wheelies ect.

Impressive

Functions as described... Fast fulfilment.

Awesome!

love it

i am a solid customer of luna and have been so for quit some time now just got a x1 endoro and love and dealing with luna.

Love my X1. It makes hills enjoyable. I can easily ride 20 miles and 5000 feet with some room to spare. Makes my backyard mountain a lot smaller. Thanks for the amazing product.. !

A few things I would have liked to see.. Full component list to make ordering replacement parts easier.. and to look up installation/tuning hints easier. (When assembling, I missed the nut that went with the front tire that was attached to the plastic shipping holder... took a while to figure out that step. I lost a crank bolt, and couldn't find the replacement nut or even what type of cranks I had.) Also had a the common problem of slipping high gear.. a one sheet page of instructions would have been great.

Top service and delivery to the UK. Even with import taxes , still reasonably .Priced

Thanks guys and stay safe.

42 to 48 tooth chain ring. Top end with 48x11-42 from about 25 mph to about 30 mph before free wheeling. Good for road riding. Hills no problem. I ride level one and level two on hard climbs. Easy install. No ailment needed.

Great company. Knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. They go the extra mile to get you what you need, even if they don't stock it themselves!

Would recommend Luna. My experience and Luna is with a surron that is well used, so I'm always needing a part. Good pricing on there products and service.

Shipped fast, very nice upgrade easy to install.LUNA RULES

The 42 tooth is a perfect match for my bikes. It helps align the chain and has the right balance of speed and power. I used one of the shims from the shim kit to get it just right. I am very happy with the new chain line. No more broken chains.

Great charger at a reasonable price. Love that I can charge to various capacities and the ability to charge slow or fast.
