I have purchased from Luna a few times now. Every purchase is fulfilled and delivered promptly.

The products they send seem to be of good quality. Lately, they've also been sending masks with their products - of which I used to go into a hobby store (that required a mask) for an xt60 adapter.

I'll continue to purchase what I can from Luna, as the price and quality is right for me.

The bike is rad. Head turner for sure. MAKE SURE YOU TIGHTEN THE SCREWS EVERY RIDE LIKE THEY SAY!!

I love the Sur-Ron bike and use it on my 40 acre farm in Western North Carolina as well as in my hiking trail construction business. I have been a rider all of my life and have had many different motorcycles. The Sur-Ron had plenty of power and torque, the suspension works fine and I have had no difficulties with the brakes. One of this bike's greatest features is that it is fossil free and I use my photovoltaic solar system to charge its battery. The fact that I am not contributing to global climate change and local air pollution while still transporting and enjoying myself is a great plus! I have convinced a friend to purchase a Sur-Ron and will continue to share my positive reaction with others. Further, I have been impressed by the professional and prompt service I have received from the Luna dealership. I contacted Luna with a question and received a reply immediately! In short, I am a very satisfied customer.

Always there and great products

Luna has awesome ebike stuff!

I have equipped two recumbent trikes with BBSHD kits and Luna has been great to work with. The packing, shipping and support have been excellent. The website has great DYI information and tutorials. I ride year around in the Colorado mountains so I see my share of ups and downs on good days and bad. Luna sent me weather proofing materials to keep me riding through the snow and masks to keep me riding through the pandemic (just because they are that helpful)
Ride On

Product in stock and delivered on time much appreciated

Great chainline and looks great

Great products

I've called 3 times with questions about a 52v BBSHD 12 SPEED 50T BILLYGOAT 🐐 BUILD and these guys couldn't have been more helpful & friendly, pointing me in the direction of the 42t eclipse! Now I need a chain. That will be call 4 👍

Product came across the border to Canada without any problems. Manufacturing was solid and the sprocket did exactly what I envision it would do in bringing better low end response to my Sur Ron.

The install helpers were very useful!

Great product, great price.

I love my Luna products, I put a while new drive train on my 2013 trekstache 8, got the purple 42+ chainring I took this picture of the Luna cycle with my Luna cycle. Keep riding

Easy to find and fast to ship all the equipment I’ve needed for my bike! And the only place to go for any question I’ve ever had. Love the black box programmer, so fast and easy!

Feels great!

Works as advertised.

Ordered a battery from another vendor. Month later still didn't have it. Canceled that and ordered from Luna, had a new battery a week later. Luna answers emails, ships promptly, and most importantly clearly marks out of stock items on their web site. Not all vendors do that.

All the people @ Luna were awesome - I really dig my new Sur-Ron Lite X Bee. I've road tested quit a few Electric Bikes and this 1 is the only 1 I would give an absolute 10 and complete thumbs up. I will be putting some film clips together and posting them on You-Tube very soon. I'm owner operator of 321 Drone-On Aerial Photo/Video. I am waiting to be able to order the Super Moto Road Tire Kit - is there any way you can assist me on getting this kit. I do understand that China sends you what they want when they want to - Please see what you can do for me.

Thanks,

Capt. Jeff 321 Drone-On

What can I say. After learning about the Bafang motors, I sought out a means to buy one for my own conversion. There was one hitch, I was uncomfortable buying something of such value from overseas, or from an unknown company. Through my hours and hours of skimming the internet drooling over everyone else's builds etc, the name "LUNACYCLE" kept popping up. After going to their website and having a gander, I was elated to find a distributor the was well known, and in the US, who also seemed pretty rad. Fast Forward to May 2020, I recently bought my BBSHD and did my conversion, and I couldn't be happier. The few questions I did have, the Luna Staff were quick to respond and answer my inquiries. When I received my kit I was blown away by the packaging, I kept the box lol, it's that cool. Also in another awesome cigar like box, was two packs of medical masks (purchased my kit during the pandemic), some stickers, and a note from Luna stating that if I didn't need the masks I should pass them on. I've given a handful out to random strangers as they requested. Talk about raising the bar. Luna! You all rock! Thanks for being you! Stay Safe & Ride On!
