What can I say about this thing that hasn’t already been said. I’ve purchased 2. One with the chain and one with the belt. They both are great. Only difference my boys tell me about is the sound. We also have the 17” slicks and the 19” knobbies that come with it. Slicks are far superior on the road (duh) and make riding way more fun. Definitely recommend these over the knobs if you plan on doing trick riding or parking lot, bike path riding. Do not even attempt to take on a hard packed dirt road…that’s a little much for them. Honesty I’d give the bike 7 stars…it has honed my 17 yr olds riding skills to the point he is the one leading all the adults taking the basic rider course. Great way to start teaching riding fundamentals as well as just a blast to ride.

Perfect fit, no issues and quick shipping times. Purchased 2 bikes and only had to replace one peg so far…either my boys aren’t riding hard enough (doubtful) or these things can take a beating.

Perfect fit and replacement with all the needed parts and screws. I have learned that my original stem while excellent...to keep them light weight, yet strong, they are made of aluminum, and if not careful, it is not hard to damage the threads if you don't carefully start them gently with fingers taking care to align them precisely. Great to know that perfect replacement parts are readily available, should you mishandle them and damage the threads.

Fixed my burnt core back to the streets

Amazing light for the price. I've been through a few ~$25 bike lights and they are never bright enough. This one is bright easy to attach and has a nice quick release also.

Nice light weight beefy support for those big jumps🤘

A must have for the city!!🤘

Quick shipping always a pleasure to do business with🤘

This is the most fun toy I've ever owned!

The Sur Ron X is a high quality ebike. Love it. It is surprisingly simple to build out of the crate. My only suggestion would be to come up with a different plan to secure the front forks for shipping. It is a bit of a struggle to remove them from the shipping block that they are attached to.

Solid bars, high quality at a great price, and they look great. I also like that they have the measurement marks like the stock bar, so it’s aligned easily.

I give the bikes a 5. I bought 2 at a time and asked for a coupon code. Nothing, nada, zip. I understand these are the big thing and they are a great value, but come on, buying 2 or more should get some kind of consideration. But nope, nothing. So my expectations from the sales department were definitely not met, at all. The bike itself is a blast. I raised mine to fit my 6’2 stature. Added a seat riser, peg lowering, 3” bars, and 18/21 wheels.Lowered my 9 year old son’s to fit him with a seat lowering kit, a peg support bar, and miscellaneous small parts. I did not buy the parts from Luna just because of their lack of consideration for buying 2 at a tine. Hey I’m old and still expect service from companies as it was year’s ago. Yes they made their money up front, but lost about $1300 in after sale parts. Something to consider in the future Luna. I will buy another when my daughter outgrows her Husky E5, and again when my other daughter steps to the E5 and outgrows that, but will be sure to bring the aftermarket business elsewhere just for Luna’s lack of willingness to discount code a multiple purchase order . It’s going to be 4 bikes total, and nothing, nada, zip. Saddening what modern business has evolved to.

Have ridden it 4 or 5 times. Love how quiet it is. Ride it on our Ranch and hope to see more wildlife

Ben riding it and letting friends try it at Bonneville Salt Flats where I hopefully will be racing for two records this week.

Well packaged and arrived promptly after they notified that it was shipped.

It's a fun toy , Luna shipped it the week I ordered it. I've ridden it daily for a few weeks now and I'm really enjoying it.

Was taking apart seat and puppy chewed one up and needed extra. Worked great!

Love, the bike! Sooo fun. On road and off. Completely customizable!

Love the bike!

Fast shipping, great bike!
